No. The extension works fully anonymously. Signing in on tempmailpad.com is optional and only adds saved inboxes, which the extension will then display.
No. Its network permissions are scoped to tempmailpad.com only. It cannot read page content; the autofill feature writes into an email field you explicitly right-click.
It reads your tempmailpad.com session cookie so that signing in on the website also signs you in inside the extension. It does not read cookies for any other site.
