This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid plans on tempmailpad.com. Payments and refunds are processed securely by our payment provider.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of any Pro (monthly or yearly) subscription or Lifetime plan. Simply contact us and we’ll process it, no questions asked.
2. Subscription renewals
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or via your receipt link; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but contact us if you were billed in error.
3. Lifetime purchases
Lifetime plans are a one-time payment and are covered by the 14-day guarantee above. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email us via our contact page from the address associated with your account, or reply to your receipt email. Include your order/transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. Free plan
The free tier involves no payment, so nothing is refundable. You can stop using the service at any time.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
